We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Your satisfaction matters as much as the smile on a child’s face when they unwrap their new fashion doll!
💝 Special Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Doll clothes & accessories that have been removed from packaging
- Opened doll playsets with small parts
- Personalized or custom-ordered items

💰 Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
🔄 Exchange Process
Want to exchange your jungle stuffed animal for a different one? Simply:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional charges may apply for price differences)
🚚 Shipping Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For exchanges to international locations (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), additional shipping fees may apply.
