5. Shipping Your Smiles

We pack each order with as much care as dressing a baby doll:

• Processing: 1-2 business days (faster than a child unwrapping presents!)
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx – arrives in 10-15 days after shipping
• Free Shipping: EMS for orders over $50 – arrives in 15-25 days after shipping

Note: We can’t ship to Asia or certain remote areas—our delivery fairies have limits!

6. Returns & Exchanges

If your item needs to come back to the toy box:

• Timeframe: 15 days from delivery
• Condition: Original packaging with all tags (like new)
• Non-returnable: Opened doll clothes/accessories, personalized items

Refunds process in 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
